BALSK is dedicated to one core program that plays a vital role in empowering communities. By encouraging open dialogue, facilitating discussions, and providing crucial support through knowledge, awareness, and skill development, we help create meaningful change and support people in their journey toward progress.

BALSK works hand-in-hand with local communities, government officials, businesses, and academic institutions to bring about lasting change. Our efforts span across 342 villages in Nalanda, Gaya, Nawada, and Supaul districts of Bihar, India.

At the grassroots level, we focus on tackling the challenges of poverty and inequality, reaching out to the most marginalized groups—Dalits, Tribals, Women, and Children.
